Welcome to MSN i-Rhythm E-Library ("MSN i-Rhythm," "we," "our," or "us"), a centralized, cloud-based digital knowledge ecosystem dedicated to advancing cardiovascular education and evidence-based clinical practice. The Platform has been developed to support healthcare professionals by providing access to high-quality scientific content, educational resources, and digital learning experiences in cardiovascular medicine.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MSN i-Rhythm E-Library platform, including its website, educational modules, journals, clinical guidelines, webinars, videos, scientific publications, cardiovascular calculators, discussion forums, newsletters, and any other products, services, features, or digital resources made available by MSN i-Rhythm (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines that may be published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, operational practices, or Platform functionality. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Platform following such revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Company," "MSN i-Rhythm," "we," "our," or "us" refers to MSN Laboratories Private Limited, the legal entity responsible for owning, operating, and managing MSN i-Rhythm E-Library.

"Platform" refers collectively to the MSN i-Rhythm E-Library website, mobile applications (where available), educational resources, journals, clinical guidelines, webinars, videos, discussion forums, scientific databases, calculators, newsletters, software, and all associated digital services.

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or otherwise uses the Platform, whether as a guest or a registered user.

"Registered User" means a User who has created an account on the Platform and whose registration has been accepted by MSN i-Rhythm.

"Content" means all materials available through the Platform, including but not limited to text, articles, journals, videos, webinars, graphics, images, infographics, presentations, clinical cases, guidelines, calculators, podcasts, learning modules, newsletters, downloadable documents, software, trademarks, and other digital assets.

"User-Generated Content" means any comments, feedback, reviews, discussion posts, uploaded materials, or other information submitted by Users through the Platform.

"Healthcare Professional (HCP)" refers to physicians, cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, fellows, residents, nurses, pharmacists, allied healthcare professionals, researchers, academicians, or any other licensed or qualified healthcare practitioner, as applicable.

About MSN i-Rhythm E-Library

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library is a centralized, cloud-based digital knowledge ecosystem designed to support evidence-based cardiovascular education and continuous professional development. The Platform provides healthcare professionals with access to peer-reviewed scientific literature, clinical practice guidelines, educational modules, webinars, clinical case discussions, conference updates, cardiovascular calculators, and other digital learning resources. The content available on the Platform is intended solely for educational and informational purposes and is developed, curated, or reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals and scientific experts.

Eligibility

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library is intended exclusively for cardiologists and cardiovascular healthcare professionals seeking access to evidence-based scientific and educational resources in cardiovascular medicine.

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. 
  • You are a cardiologist, cardiovascular healthcare professional, or an individual authorized by MSN i-Rhythm E-Library to access and use the Platform. 
  • All information provided during registration or account creation is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. 
  • You will use the Platform in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. 

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify information provided by users where appropriate and to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform if the eligibility requirements are not met, false or misleading information is provided, or these Terms of Use are violated.

Registration and User Accounts

Certain features and services of MSN i-Rhythm E-Library may require users to register and create an account. By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever necessary to ensure its continued accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication information used to access the Platform. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other individual or permit any third party to access or use your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, or misuse of your account, you must notify MSN i-Rhythm E-Library promptly so that appropriate measures can be taken.

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials or from unauthorized use of your account. You may be held responsible for any activity carried out through your account that results from your failure to adequately safeguard your login information.

Registration on the Platform is intended solely to enable eligible users to access scientific and educational resources, participate in learning activities, engage in professional discussions, and utilize the educational features and services made available through MSN i-Rhythm E-Library. Users shall not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that is inconsistent with these Terms of Use.

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, or refuse registration, if it reasonably believes that the information provided is inaccurate or misleading, the account has been created or used in violation of these Terms, or the security or integrity of the Platform may be compromised.

Verification of Healthcare Professionals

Certain educational resources, scientific materials, discussion forums, or other Platform features may be restricted to verified healthcare professionals.

Where verification is required, MSN i-Rhythm may request appropriate professional information, including but not limited to:

  • Medical registration number 
  • Professional license details 
  • Institutional affiliation 
  • Professional designation 
  • Specialty or subspecialty 
  • Other information reasonably necessary to verify professional credentials 

Verification is intended solely to facilitate appropriate access to professional educational content and does not constitute endorsement, certification, or validation of a user's professional qualifications.

MSN i-Rhythm reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke verification status at its sole discretion where verification requirements are not met or where inaccurate information has been provided.

License to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MSN i-Rhythm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property or proprietary rights associated with the Platform or its Content.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you shall not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit Platform Content. 
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform Content. 
  • Sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform. 
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software associated with the Platform. 
  • Circumvent or interfere with security features or access controls implemented by the Platform. 
  • Use automated software, robots, spiders, scraping tools, or data-mining technologies to access or extract information from the Platform without prior written authorization. 

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by MSN i-Rhythm and its licensors.

User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful, educational, and professional purposes. 
  • Provide accurate and current information where required. 
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of MSN i-Rhythm E-Library and third parties. 
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. 
  • Not upload or transmit malicious software, harmful code, or unlawful content. 
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or user accounts. 
  • Not interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the Platform. 

Any misuse of the Platform may result in the suspension or termination of your access and other actions as permitted by applicable law.

User-Generated Content

Where available, Users may submit comments, feedback, reviews, discussion posts, or other content through the Platform.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit such content. 
  • The content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. 
  • The content is not defamatory, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate. 
  • Any clinical information shared has been appropriately anonymized and does not contain identifiable patient information. 

By submitting content, you grant MSN i-Rhythm E-Library a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and distribute such content for educational, operational, and promotional purposes.

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library reserves the right to review, edit, or remove User-Generated Content at its sole discretion.

Educational Programs, Webinars, and Certificates

The Platform may offer educational programs, webinars, learning modules, and other professional development activities.

Certain activities may provide certificates of completion or continuing medical education (eCME) credits, where applicable. The issuance of such certificates or credits is subject to the eligibility and completion requirements of the respective program. MSN i-Rhythm does not independently issue medical licenses, degrees, or formal clinical certifications.

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any educational program, webinar, certification activity, or educational resource without prior notice.

Clinical Resources and Guidelines

The Platform may provide educational summaries of clinical guidelines, journal articles, conference proceedings, therapeutic updates, and other scientific literature.

These materials are provided for educational purposes only and should not replace the original publications or official recommendations. Users are encouraged to consult the relevant guideline-issuing organizations, peer-reviewed journals, and regulatory authorities for the most current information.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or therapeutic recommendations, nor does it establish a doctor-patient or clinical consulting relationship. Healthcare Professionals must exercise independent, professional clinical judgment when interpreting and applying Content from the Platform in clinical practice.

Clinical Tools and Calculators

Clinical calculators, risk assessment tools, and other decision-support resources available on the Platform are intended solely for educational and auxiliary reference purposes.

These tools should not replace professional clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or applicable regulatory guidance. Users are solely responsible for verifying all calculations and appropriately applying them in clinical practice.

Third-Party Websites and External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, medical journals, scientific societies, regulatory authorities, or other external resources for user convenience.

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices of any third-party website. Access to such websites is at the User's own risk.

Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies to enhance Platform functionality, user experience, and analytics.

Scientific Communications

Users who subscribe to newsletters or educational communications may receive updates regarding journals, clinical guidelines, webinars, educational programs, scientific news, conference highlights, and other Platform-related information.

Users may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us directly. Service-related communications necessary for the operation of the Platform may continue to be sent where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSN i-Rhythm E-Library shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the Platform. 
  • Reliance on educational or scientific content. 
  • Clinical decisions or patient-care outcomes. 
  • Technical interruptions, security incidents, or Platform unavailability. 
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Content.

Changes to the Platform

MSN i-Rhythm E-Library reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, educational resource, or functionality of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable laws, or operational requirements.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of the MSN i-Rhythm E-Library Platform shall, to the extent possible, be resolved through mutual discussions between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the Arbitration clause above, any matter requiring judicial intervention shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

 

These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the applicable rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
